FERTILIZER CHARACTERISTICS

 

INSOL Ca is a highly concentrated liquid calcium fertilizer intended for foliar application in water solution. Beside calcium the concentrate contains also nitrogen, magnesium, microelements in chelated form which enhance plant nutrition. The fertilizer prevents plant diseases caused by calcium deficiency resulting mainly from difficulties in calcium transport within a plant.

 

INSOL Ca prevents:

  • bitter pit on apple trees,
  • apical blossom end root on tomatoes and paprika,
  • tipburn on cabbage plants.

DOSAGE AND TIMING OF APPLICATION 

 

Apple trees:

3-8 sprays from mid June (at the stage of hazelnut size) till harvest, depending on the variety, vegetation stage and expected period of fruit storage, dose: 2-6 litres/ha.

 

Cherry and cherry trees:

3 sprays every 14 days from setting fruits, dose 5 litres/ha.

 

Tomatoes and paprika:

2-3 sprays at the stage of fruit setting:

  • in greenhouses with 0.1% solution,
  • field cultures with 0.3% solution.

 

Cabbage plants:

2-3 sprays from the beginning of loaf formation, dose - 2-3 litres/ha.

 

Strawberries and raspberries:

2-3 sprays every 7-10 days during fruit setting, dose 5 litres/ha.

 

The sprays should be carried out early in the morning or in the evening.
